  • Optical-fibre support and messenger wire

Who it is for

Mesh and fencing producers, agricultural and industrial manufacturers, and distributors sourcing galvanized, Galfan or coated steel wire to a specific diameter, coating and temper.

Standards, certificates & inspection

Manufactured and tested to ASTM A641, EN 10244-2, BS EN 10218 or your customer standard. Every batch is produced under an ISO 9001 quality management system and can ship with a mill test certificate covering diameter, tensile strength and zinc-coating weight. Third-party or pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV or customer-appointed) is available on request.

See test reports & inspection and quality control & testing for the full documentation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order a custom diameter, coating and tensile grade?

Yes. Zhongbo manufactures to your specification — wire diameter, zinc-coating weight, tensile grade, temper and finish. Send your requirement and we will confirm what we can produce.

Do you provide samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Samples or small initial quantities are available so you can evaluate diameter tolerance, coating, tensile strength and surface quality before placing a larger order.

Which standards do you manufacture to?

ASTM A641, EN 10244-2, BS EN 10257, JIS G 3547, AS/NZS 4534 and GB/T, or your own customer standard and test plan.

What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?

MOQ and lead time depend on the diameter, coating and quantity. Send your enquiry with the destination port and we will confirm both with the quotation.

Do you provide mill test certificates and third-party inspection?

Yes. Each shipment can include a mill test certificate covering diameter, tensile strength and zinc-coating weight, with SGS, BV or customer-appointed inspection on request.
