Aluminium-Clad Steel Wire (ACS) is a bimetallic conductor composed of a steel core surrounded by a uniform layer of aluminium. It combines the high mechanical strength of steel with the superior corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity of aluminium. ACS wire is ideal for applications requiring durability and conductivity in harsh environments, such as OPGW, ground wires, coastal fencing, and preformed products.
