Every batch of Zhongbo galvanized steel wire and strip can ship with a mill test certificate, and we hold ISO and product certifications covering both our management systems and our materials. Below are the certificates we hold, what our testing covers, what a mill test certificate contains, and how to arrange independent inspection before your goods leave the factory.

What our certificates cover
Our certifications fall into two groups. Management-system certificates — ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety — show how the factory is run, audited and controlled. Product and test certificates cover the wire and strip itself: chemistry, mechanical properties and zinc-coating performance against the standard you order to.
Together they let a buyer confirm both that Zhongbo operates a controlled, audited process and that each delivery meets its specification. We can share the current certificates on request and confirm their scope and validity for your market.
What a mill test certificate contains
A mill test certificate (MTC) travels with the goods and records the actual measured results for that batch, so it can be checked against your purchase order and the standard. A typical Zhongbo MTC lists:
- Wire diameter or strip dimensions, with tolerance
- Tensile strength and elongation
- Zinc-coating weight (g/m²) and the adhesion result
- The standard the material was made and tested to
- Batch / heat number for traceability

Third-Party Inspection
Buyers can verify quality before shipment through independent agents or their own inspectors — with full documentation and remote options for overseas customers.
Pre-shipment inspection checks the finished goods against your order — dimensions, coating, packing and quantity — before the container is loaded, so any problem is caught at the factory rather than on arrival. We routinely work with SGS, BV and other customer-designated agents, and can arrange sample or witnessed testing and photo or video records where a buyer cannot attend in person.

Test reports & inspection questions
A Mill Test Certificate (MTC), zinc coating-mass report and tensile & elongation report for each batch, plus a full shipment document package. Sample or redacted reports are available on request.
Yes — SGS, BV or your own designated agent can perform pre-shipment inspection, sample or witnessed testing, and photo/video inspection. We share coating-mass, tensile and surface documentation.
Testing follows ASTM A641, EN 10244-2, JIS G 3547, AS/NZS 4534 and GB/T, or your customer-specific test plan.
