Zhongbo controls steel wire and steel strip quality through raw-material checks, production inspection, zinc-coating control, tensile-strength testing, dimension measurement, surface inspection, packing inspection and final-shipment checks. Test reports and third-party inspection can be arranged according to buyer requirements.
Coating weight and uniformity, tensile strength, diameter tolerance and surface finish are controlled in-process and verified before every shipment — under an ISO 9001 quality management system with full batch traceability.

Control at the source, verified before shipment
Testing at the end only tells you whether a batch passed; controlling quality at the source is what makes it pass in the first place. At Zhongbo the parameters above are held in production — coating weight at the galvanizing line, tensile through drawing and annealing, diameter in the dies — rather than sorted out afterwards. Final per-batch testing then confirms the result before the material is released, so problems are designed out rather than caught late.
Every batch carries a heat and batch number that ties the finished coils back to the raw-material chemistry and the tests run along the way. That traceability means a mill test certificate is not just a set of numbers but a record that can be followed back to source if a customer ever needs to investigate a claim, requalify a product or satisfy their own audit. Certificates and test reports are issued against the standard you order to.
Because the same controls run on every order, the wire you approve on a first shipment is the wire you keep receiving. Where a buyer needs extra assurance, we add third-party or witnessed testing to the plan — verifying independently what our own quality system already controls.
Test Reports, Certificates & Inspection
Factory (mill) test reports covering diameter, zinc-coating weight, tensile strength and elongation can be issued per order. Third-party or pre-shipment inspection can be arranged when required by the buyer — we provide the samples, documentation and access needed.

Controlled annealing and tension during drawing, plus precision spooling, give a soft, smooth, unwinding-free wire that strands evenly around the cable.
Diameter is controlled in wire drawing and verified against your specification. Send your target diameter and tolerance and we will confirm what we can hold for your order.
Quality is controlled to ASTM A641, EN 10244-2, JIS G 3547, AS/NZS 4534 and GB/T, or your customer-specific standard and test plan.
